There have been many reports and studies with regards steps that we should all take to ensure our well being, physical and psychological.
Most of these point to pretty much the same things:
- go outdoors
- visit the sea (where possible)
- walk at least 30 minutes a day
We know that sometimes it is not easy even to take a walk outside of the house. We are all procrastinators when it comes to leave the comfort of whatever we find cosy and safe or simply because life keeps throwing curve balls at us that make it too hard to look after ourselved.
There are plenty of resources on the internet and in your local libraries on the subject, you can be the judge of what’s best for you.
